These beta terms summarize how Cosmory should be used. They are a product foundation and should receive qualified legal review before paid subscriptions or uploaded audio previews launch.
What Cosmory is
Cosmory helps artists organize identity, story, releases, facts, media references, and official links into expressive artist pages. Cosmory is not a label, distributor, streaming service, social network, or full music/video host.
Artist ownership
Artists keep ownership of the material they provide. By publishing through Cosmory, artists give Cosmory the limited permission needed to display, format, and deliver that material on their pages.
Official links and third-party platforms
Artist pages may link to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Instagram, websites, stores, and other services. Those services remain responsible for their own content, availability, accounts, and terms.
Invite-first access
Artist access may require application and approval. Cosmory may reject, pause, or revoke access for inaccurate information, rights concerns, abuse, security issues, or content that does not fit the platform.
Content responsibility
Artists are responsible for the rights, accuracy, permissions, credits, and public claims in the material they submit. Do not upload or publish material you do not have permission to use.
Limited license to operate the page
When artists submit material, they allow Cosmory to store, format, resize, display, cache, and deliver that material only as needed to run artist pages, previews, admin tools, and related platform features.
Featured previews
Launch previews should use official external destinations such as Spotify or YouTube. Uploaded short previews are planned only as a controlled Studio feature with rights attestation, moderation, limits, and takedown tools.
Plans and limits
Free and Studio limits may include releases, videos, facts, previews, collaborators, media, analytics, and domains. Billing is not active yet; limits are being prepared for a future sustainable launch.
Changes and availability
Cosmory is evolving during beta. Features may change as the product, cost controls, and legal workflows mature.
No guarantee of placement
Discovery and Featured Artist placement are editorial decisions. Studio or paid status should not guarantee homepage placement, ranking, or audience performance.

These terms are beta product terms, not a substitute for legal advice. Before billing, uploaded previews, or broader launch, they should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
